  • To add the delivery address to your account:
  • First login “Your Account”
  • You will be directed to your account where you will find “ADDRESSES” in the dropdown.
  • There are two types of addresses. (“Billing address” or “Shipping address”)
  • Click on “Edit” button under “Billing address” or “Shipping address” and enter your new address & click on “Save address”.

For Desktop:

  • Start by clicking on “Log in Register” in the top right corner of your screen.
  • Select “Register” and you will then be asked to provide some basic & valid information.
  • Select “I am a Customer”.
  • Click the Blue colour “Register” button to finish the Register process.

To change your phone number, please follow the below steps:

  • Login to your Account.
  • You will be directed to your account where you will find “ADDRESSES” in the dropdown.
  • There are two types of addresses. (“Billing address” or “Shipping address”)
  • Click on “Edit” button under “Billing address” or “Shipping address” and enter your new Phone number & click on “Save address”.

 

  • How to reset your password through Email Verification?

If you forgot your password and need to know how to reset, please follow the below steps:

Step:1 -Click on “Forgot Password”.

Step:2 – Add username or email address.

Step:3 -Click “Reset password”.

Step:4 – Verify through the way which is convenient for you.

Step:5 – A password reset email has been sent to the email address on file for your account but may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.

Step:6 – Go to the Email and click “Click here to reset your password”.

Step:7 – Enter “New Password” and then “Re-enter new password”.

Step:8 – Click “Save”

Hurray! your password has been reset.

  • How can I delete my account?

  • First login “Your Account”
  • Click “Delete My Account”
  • Confirm by typing “DELETE”
  • Click” Yep, delete it”

Your account has been deleted.
