Postal drop off is a facility provided by Dmall.lk to the customers to make the return process more convenient and faster. Customers will have the option of handing over the item to the nearest Pronto Branch.

  • Will customers get any proof of return once they drop off the product at the pronto branch?

Customers will get a receipt from the pronto branch as proof of return with a reference number.

  • Within how many days the package should be dropped off at the pronto branch?

Customers should drop off the packages to the pronto branch within 5 business days from the day they initiate the return.

  • What to do if the pronto branch denies my return package?

We ensure that the pronto branches accept all the packages which have the postal return option, In case of a discrepancy please contact customer service via live chat to report the concern.

  • How to Return a Product?

The customer should return the product to the pronto agent or pronto branch. This facility is not available to customers in areas where there is not pronto branch.

  • How do I find the Return Tracking Number?

We have no return tracking number. we have an only code number

Return Policy

  • What are the mandatory information and steps to return a product?

To ensure that your return is accepted and processed smoothly please follow the below steps;

  • Pack item(s) and include the following documents.
  • Manual/User guide
  • Order Invoice
  • Complete accessories with freebies.

After completing the above step customer should return the product to the pronto agent or pronto branch.

  • Return Policy

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Refund Policy

  • The product refunding is only eligible for selected items.
  • If your product is eligible for a refund, you should send your bank account details via an E-Mail.
  • The refunded money would be deposited to your bank account.
  • No shipping fee is refunded.
  • The time required to complete a refund is 5 business days.
  • Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing would take place.

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to not refund money back to you.
